ACTIVITY OPTIONS

During your stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte you will have access to the All-Fun Inclusive™ concept, which is included in your stay. You will have the most incredible adventures, fall in love with Mexican culture and create memories that will last forever with this unique concept, which includes unlimited access and transportation to all parks of Grupo Xcaret.

Below is a link to a document with the description of each park and the days and times they are available.  Reservations are required for some of the parks and Mannington has arranged to collect your preferred reservation when you complete your registration.  You are not required to make the reservations now; you are welcome to handle that when you arrive on-site.  NOTE: whether you make the reservations now or when you arrive at the hotel, there is a $20.00 USD per person/per park no-show fee should you decide not to attend the reserved time (this is a reduced rate for our group).  This will be paid by you.  You must cancel any reservations two (2) days prior if you change your mind.  IMPORTANT: for reservations on Friday you will have to contact Mannington Program Headquarters prior to departing your home city to cancel.

Note:  Due to the ever changing information due to COVID-19, times and park openings can change so please confirm all arrangements and reservation information once you arrive at the hotel.  If we are alerted to any changes to reservations prior to arrival, we will notify you.

Availability is listed here based on the Mannington agenda.  Please be sure you are planning to attend all Mannington events.

PARKS THAT REQUIRE RESERVATIONS:

XOXIMILCO - An authentic Mexican party through the water on traditional trajineras.  A musical celebration combined with an amazing gastronomic diversity.  Friday is the only evening available to attend this activity. Pick-up is at 3:50 PM with Dinner from 5:30 PM-8:30 PM. Transfer time is approximately 30 minutes with some activities before boarding boats.

XEL-HA - Ancient Maya name which means "where the water is born."  A wide variety of water, land and ecological activities available. Additional Dream activities are not included and at your cost.   Available Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  Pick-up is at 9:30 AM and the activity day is until 6:00 PM.

XEL-HA TULUM - Same park as above with an added tour of Tulum before going to the park. Available Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  Pick-up is at 7:30 AM and the activity day is until 6:00 PM.  You will have to be ready for the activity when attending the breakfast meeting.

XENOTES - This tour integrates the mysticism of four different types of cenotes, having fun but respecting the beauty for this ecosystem and nature. Available on Friday only.  Pick-up is at 8:30 AM and activity starts at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 9 hours.

XENSES - A fun avant-garde park, whose circuits and scenarios challenge the mind and sharpen perception. A world where the limits between thinking, feeling, imagining and fantasizing are erased.  Available Friday and Saturday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (pick-up every 20 minutes between 8:20AM and 10:20 AM) Second shift is 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM (pick-up every 20 minutes between 1:20 PM to 4:00 PM)

XICHEN - Chichen Itza and Valladolid are two treasures that are worth knowing by expert guides. This first-class Service, the most reliable and updated information, along with the exquisite cuisine of La Casona, give the visitor a genuine experience and a significant memory of the Mayan culture. Departure time is 7:25 AM and this activity lasts 12 hours and the transfer each way is approximately three (3) hours.  Due to the length of this activity, Friday is the only day available.  You will have to be ready for the activity when attending the breakfast meeting.

PARKS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE RESERVATIONS - Transportation is available approximately every 20 minutes from the hotel lobby.  Please read the link HERE for descriptions of each activity.

XCARET - 8:30 AM-10:30 PM/Monday-Saturday (Note:  Additional Dream activities are at an additional cost.)

XPLOR - 9:00 AM-5:00 PM/Monday-Saturday

XPLOR FUEGO - 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM - This is the only evening park.  It is the same park as XPLOR, but with different activities for the evening hours.
