May I bring a guest with me?
Customers and vendors are allowed to bring one guest, who must be at least 21 years of age. One room will be provided for you and your guest to share.
Are children allowed?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to attend any portion of the Huttig Rewards Select program. Thank you for your understanding.
May I arrive early and/or extend my stay?
Based on availability, you may arrive early or extend your stay at the ARIA Resort & Casino. Please indicate your preferred arrival and departure dates on your registration form. The cost per night for an extended stay at the hotel is $189.00 plus taxes and resort fee (total $256.24 per night). You will be contacted if your request is not available or is at a higher rate.
Can I purchase my own air tickets?
The Huttig Rewards Select Air Department will make air travel arrangements for customers, as well as arranging transfers between the airport and the hotel. If you choose to purchase your own air tickets, you will NOT be reimbursed.
What should I wear?
Daytime: Attire for the Buying Show on Friday morning is business casual (casual dress, skirt or slacks, with a sweater or blouse for women; sport, oxford or golf shirt with casual slacks or khakis for men). No jeans, please. Casual attire is appropriate on Thursday, Friday afternoon and on Saturday.
Evening: Resort casual is appropriate for Thursday's welcome reception and on Friday evening. This includes a casual dress, or skirt/slacks/jeans with a nice top for women. For men we suggest casual slacks or jeans with a golf/collared shirt shirt for men. We highly recommend packing a warm sweater and/or jacket for chilly evening temperatures.
For Saturday evening, resort elegant or dressy evening attire is appropriate. Women may prefer to wear a cocktail dress or "after five" outfit along with a wrap or sweater. Men will be properly attired in a collared or collarless dress shirt, with suit or dress slacks and a sport coat; tie optional.
What are the average temperatures in Las Vegas?
In mid January, temperatures range from an average high of 58°F to an average low of 40°F.

Does the hotel have internet access?
Internet access is available property-wide, including all guestrooms, and is included in the resort fee.
When will I receive further information on the program?
Approximately two weeks prior to departure for Las Vegas, you will receive a travel packet via two-day UPS that will include mobile app instructions and luggage tags. For your convenience, we are happy to provide you with a mobile event app, so you can have information right at your fingertips. There’s a wealth of information on the site, including a detailed agenda with times and locations, maps of the hotel property, attire recommendations, airport transfer information, general hotel information and more. Please be sure to take some time to explore the app before departing for Las Vegas.
