Airline Arrangements

The Huttig Rewards Select Air Department will make air travel arrangements for customers, as well as arrange transfers between the airport and the hotel. We must receive both you and your guest's registrations in order to book flights. The sooner you register, the greater the likelihood of securing your desired seating preference. If you choose to purchase your own air tickets, you will NOT be reimbursed.

After you have successfully registered via the website, you will receive an email registration confirmation. If you will be traveling on program dates (arriving Thursday, January 16, and departing Sunday, January 19), a Huttig Rewards Select Air Department specialist will ticket your airline reservation based on your requested departure time and flight availability. A proposed flight itinerary will be sent to you via e-mail. The itinerary will be booked for you unless we hear from you within 24 hours. If you are traveling outside program dates, you will be contacted regarding hotel availability, flight options and any additional costs incurred because of your deviation. Please be aware that most airfares are nonrefundable, non-changeable, and/or carry heavy cancellation and change penalties. Any changes made after ticketing are subject to a $60.00 transaction fee, plus applicable airline change fees and any price difference in airfare; these fees are payable by you.

NOTE:  Please retain a copy of the email you receive of your flight itinerary. That will be the only confirmation of your air itinerary you will receive from Program Headquarters. The confirmation/record locator number for your flights will be listed in the “Carrier Ref” area of your itinerary.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are provided on program arrival and departure days only (Thursday, January 16, and Sunday, January 19). Upon your arrival, a uniformed travel staff representative holding a “Huttig Rewards Select” sign will assist you with your luggage and direct you to awaiting transportation to the ARIA Resort & Casino. Participants who elect to arrive or depart on days other than the program dates will be responsible for securing their own transportation between the airport and the hotel. The transfer time is approximately 10-15 minutes from the McCarran International Airport to the ARIA Resort & Casino. 

Note for Employees and Vendors:  If you would like to receive a transfer on program arrival and departure days only (Thursday, January 16, and Sunday, January 19), please forward a copy of your flight itinerary to Program Headquarters at HuttigRewardsSelect@proghq.com. If we do not receive a copy of your flight itinerary at least 30 days before arrival, we will assume you have made your own transfer arrangements.
