Guests and children are welcome to attend and join during meals and activities (when applicable). Please register each person that will attend with you as a guest (including children). 

May I extend my stay?

Hotel accommodations are being held for you at the El San Juan Hotel at the group rate of $369.00 plus taxes (total of $470.86 per night) for the three (3) nights of the program, February 15-18, 2022. Based on availability of room category, the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is extending the group rate mentioned above three (3) days prior to the program and three (3) days after the program.  NOTE:  the nights of Friday, February 18 and Saturday, February 18 the rate is $399.00.

What kind of identification do I need for travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico?

U.S. citizens are NOT required to present a passport when traveling between the U.S. and San Juan, Puerto Rico. For non-U.S. citizens, a visa may be required. Please contact program headquarters should you need further assistance.

What should I wear?

Daytime: Casual sportswear or swimwear is appropriate for your selected activities. Beach/pool or casual attire is appropriate on free time around the hotel.

Meeting attendees - business causal attire:  Khakis and polo or button-up shirts, capris, shirts, blouses and casual dresses. A light jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned meeting rooms.

Evening: Resort casual is appropriate for the evening. This includes a casual dress, skirt, pants or nice shorts with coordinating top for women and casual pants or nice shorts with polo-type or casual shirt for men.  Casual Elegant attire is recommended for the award dinner.  This may include cocktail dress, dress slacks, collared shirts.  Dress coats optional.
