Travel Arrangements
Please be sure to arrive at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel with time to settle in for the 7:00 p.m. Welcome Reception. Hotel check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Every effort will be made to honor early arrivals. If your room is not ready, the bellstand will store your luggage. Should you have any delays while traveling, please contact your travel staff at the hotel.
Airport Transfers
For planning purposes, please provide your final air itinerary to Program Headquarters at HollyFrontiertravel@proghq.com.
The Luis Muñoz Marín Airport (SJU) is approximately five minutes from the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel.
Transportation options include:
- Taxi - approximately $21.00 plus tip (one way); luggage fee of $1.00 per piece of luggage; taxis are available 6:00 am - 10:00 pm; maximum of 5 per vehicle.
- Uber - prices vary depending on availability.
If you will be renting a car and driving to the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, the following parking rates apply:
- Self parking - $22.30 per night
- Valet parking - $27.88 per night
