May I bring a guest with me?

GEM Club winners are allowed to bring one guest, who must be at least 21 years of age.

May I extend my stay?

Based on availability, you may extend your stay at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. Please indicate your preferred arrival and departure dates on your registration form. The cost per night for an extended stay at the hotel is $379.00 plus taxes and resort fee (total $468.30 per night). In addition to the extra nights at the hotel, you will be responsible for any increase in airfare due to your deviation.

What should I wear?

Daytime: Casual sportswear appropriate for your selected activities.

Evening: Casual resort wear is appropriate for the first and final night evenings outdoors as well as the dine-around dinners. This includes a casual sundress, skirt, shorts or pants with coordinating top for the ladies and nice shorts or casual pants and polo-type or tropical shirt for the men. For the awards dinner, formal attire such as a cocktail or dinner dress for the ladies and a suit and tie for men is appropriate.

What time zone is Kauai in?

Kauai is on Hawaii Standard Time. Hawaii does not observe daylight saving time. In late May/early June, when it is noon in Kauai, it is 3:00 p.m. in Los Angeles, 4:00 p.m. in Denver, 5:00 p.m. in Chicago and 6:00 p.m. in New York.
